I. Name, Sitz und Zweck
Art. 1Der Verein "athletix.ch" ist ein Verein im Sinne von Art. 60 ff des Schweizerischen Zivilgesetzbuches (ZGB). Die Haftung des einzelnen Mitgliedes ist ausgeschlossen. Art. 2Der Sitz von athletix.ch ist in Ittigen.Art. 3Ziel des Vereins ist die Förderung und Bekanntheit der nationalen Leichtathletik.
Unter Förderung wird eine stetig wachsende Leichtathletikfancommunity verstanden. Damit verbunden soll die Attraktivität und öffentlich-positive Wahrnehmung der Leichtathletik weiter gesteigert werden.
